1Introduction

4Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of bba777 Services, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, complete and current information as requested during the registration process. You warrant that all information provided to bba777 at registration, and at any subsequent time, is truthful and not misleading.

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. bba777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will bear full responsibility for all such activity.

bba777 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals, activating bonus credits or as part of ongoing compliance obligations. 6Deposits & Payments

11Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bba777 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability or availability. In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, bba777's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

bba777 shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred by a User as a result of placing wagers through the Platform. Gambling involves inherent risk of financial loss. Users participate entirely at their own risk.

12Termination & Account Closure

bba777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (including but not limited to):

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Submission of false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other financial crime;
• Underage gambling or misrepresentation of age;
• Registration of multiple accounts;
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers;
• Use of prohibited software or cheating tools;
• Regulatory requirement or court order.

Where an Account is closed for breach of this Agreement, bba777 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the Account, including bonus credits and associated winnings. Where an Account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., at the User's own request), bba777 will process any verified eligible balance in accordance with its standard withdrawal procedures.

13Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bba777's operating entity is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that this Agreement does not constitute legal advice and does not override any applicable Pakistani laws or regulations. Where a provision of this Agreement conflicts with applicable mandatory law in a User's jurisdiction, that provision shall be read down to the minimum extent necessary to make it compliant with such law.

14Amendments to This Agreement

bba777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of the Table of Contents sidebar.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
